Job Description

As part of the Finance team at Elaia, you will work closely with our investment and transverse teams and report to the Finance Manager. You will be a key contributor to the operational monitoring (financial and legal) of the funds.

You will:

  • monitor the valuation of holdings with the investment team;

  • calculate and pre-validate fund net asset values in conjunction with external service providers, such as valuators, custodians, and statutory auditors;

  • analyze the performance of funds and holdings;

  • support the investment team in monitoring holdings;

  • produce quarterly reports for investors;

  • prepare and manage capital calls and distributions;

  • monitor the regulatory ratios of funds;

  • contribute to the implementation of an automation tool shared with the investor relations team.

Preferred Experience

Who we're looking for:

  • you hold a Masters degree in Finance, Audit, or Accounting

  • you possess an analytical mindset and are known for your attention to detail and rigor

  • you demonstrate an excellent command of Excel (data processing and analysis)

  • you have proven your ability to work effectively in a team while demonstrating autonomy

  • your English level is really good (note that all our internal meetings are held in English)

  • you have early experience (internship or first job) in fund financial management, in internal audit or compliance. Experience in an audit firm specialized in Asset Management or in a custodian bank is a plus.
